Guests will have exclusive use of the entire private downstairs studio unit, including their own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and living/sleeping areas. You'll also have access to the shared backyard garden, a peaceful and beautifully maintained space perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. While the garden is a shared area, your hosts rarely use it and are happy for guests to enjoy it freely during their stay.

Homeowners live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay. Whether you have a question about the space, need a local recommendation, or run into any issues, feel free to message us through the app or knock if it’s urgent — we're just a moment away. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your time in the studio and garden.

This studio is located in the lower level of a home occupied by a friendly, retired couple who live upstairs. You may hear occasional footsteps or household noise from above. The homeowners also have two small, well-behaved dogs who live upstairs — they are not allowed in the guest unit, but may bark briefly from time to time. Most guests find the space peaceful, but please keep this in mind if you're sensitive to sound.
